As a proud native of Colorado Springs, Jim has seen the many changes over the years in the community. you often here him saying in conversation “I remember when…” Jim joined the London Real Estate Group, Inc. in 2003 and brought with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. His creative style and innovation has taken our firm to the highest level of professionalism in the industry. As a pioneer in Computer-Aided-Drafting back in the mid-eighties, Jim moved on to publishing, marketing and advertising and developed a flair for presentation and a tolerance for deadlines. Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked on a number of marketing campaigns for The London Real Estate Group including the sale of the Compassion International Building to the University of Colorado Foundation. Jim is presently working on his CCIM designation, which he hopes to receive within a year. As a local businessmen, employer and leader in the city for over twenty years, Jim understands the needs of the business community and what it takes to make these needs happen. |
